St Catherine's Anglican Community - Centenary Suburbs

What is PAX Centenary Suburbs?

The PAX (Progressive Anglican Christians) is an association of progressive, spiritually minded people who have a commitment to contemporary Christianity here at Centenary Suburbs.

We are a welcoming group who seek to Journey together on the Way that the historical Jesus would have us travel. In Journeying together we meet to ask some of the difficult questions of Christianity. We ask not necessarily to resolve the answers but search for a "real life, here and now" meaning of Jesus' ministry.

Activities on the Journey include:

Group meetings that follow programs of contemporary theology, such as 'Living the Question'.
Networking with other like-minded progressive spiritual groups to share events in our Journeys.
Visit and welcome guest speakers who give expression of intellectual integrity of contemporary Christianity.
Home study groups who research and investigate books by contemporary Christian authors.

We are committed to all forms of the Christian faith and welcome new sojourners who are interested in seeking the historical Jesus Way. Interested people are invited to contact Denis Freeman 32793146 or 0409640637 or by email.
