St Catherine's Anglican Community - Centenary Suburbs

Bridge Group

An enthusiastic and growing number of bridge players meet every Monday evening in the Church Hall, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, for a social game of duplicate bridge. On most evenings the group manages to complete 20 boards of duplicate bridge.

Win or lose, the emphasis of the group is primarily to enhance fellowship with other folk and to have fun. Whether a seasoned player or someone wishing to learn the finer points of the game, everyone is welcome.

The group is currently looking to expand its membership – no joining fee! There will be basic tuition offered to those wishing to learn or simply improve their playing skills. For those eager to raise their game to a higher level a more structured training program is available through a local Bridge Club.

A donation of $5 by each playing member is requested to cover general overheads. Tea & Coffee with Supper will be provided during the course of or at the end of the evening.
