John Rigby, 86, is a well-established Australian
artist
who is particularly known for his Australian tropical and bush
landscapes,
genre and portraits. His
studio is located on the outskirts of Brisbane, Australia. Rigby's
career has seen him painting throughout Australia and in Europe, Egypt ,
Bali and the South Pacific since the 1950's.
His next solo exhibition is scheduled at Sydney's Wagner Art Gallery in
March 2009.
