[Serious Announcer] It be a quiet evening on the Steps. Someone singing approacheth through the oncoming twilight, stumbling slightly.
He be singing that well known song "I am SCA" To the Tune: I am Woman

[Bottel]

I am SCA, hear me squeak
For I am moribund and meek
And I kowtow to the Poobah of the Week.
I've got plastic on my shins
And my helm has cardboard fins
And my shield is made from lids of garbage tins!

Oh, yes! I'm a ponce
And I put on foppish airs
And yes! I run away
When I see the Routiers
If I dream enough, I'll believe anything...

I am Wrong! (Wrong)
 I am inaccurate (inaccurate)
I am SCA...

And if something's to my liking
 Whether fantasy or Viking
I will throw it into my stylistic scheme.
A nd I will use lots of nylon
And the Lycra I will pile on
Because it looks so shiny and so clean...

Oh, yes! It's inaccurate.
But that does not matter to me
And I'll throw in what I want
Because I don't know history.
 If I try hard enough
I can **** up anything...

I am shiny (shiny!)
 I am plasticised (plasticised!)
I am SCA...

And when it comes to manners
In our halls of plastic banners
We're all addressed My Lord or My Lady...
 It's not very historical
Or even very logical
It's dictated by our masters 'cross the sea...

Oh Yes! I'm a toady
And I follow slavishly American customs
That have no history
If I crawl hard enough they may even make me king!

I am silly! (silly!)
 I am ridiculous (ridiculous!)
I am SCA...
