[Serious Announcer]	The Steps be crowded, for 'tis Market Day, a good time for imparting knowledge to the populace. Enter an annonymous Herald, clad in appropriate Livery, ringing a bell to attract attention. The noise subsides, and he doth speak.

[Annonymous Herald]	Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Be it known, that there will be an open gathering upon these Steps in the near future to discuss the possible forming of a Virtual Branch of the Society of Childish Amusements. Thank you.

[Serious Announcer]	The Herald departs...

[Silly Announcer]	My turn... The Steps be still crowded, for it still be Market Day, a good time for imparting knowledge to the populace. Enter a well known Foole, clad in appropriate Motley.
