• Here are 6 different examples of HTML code to put on your special Ring of Fooles Guest Site web page. There are also JavaScript ways of showing the entry as well now.
  The snippets of code have line breaks so that they should fit on most screens.
  Some browsers don't show the full HTML code visibly, so it might be easiest to copy this page (by right clicking on it and saving it to your H/D - or what other method your browser uses) and read/work on it offline, as it contains below each example, a version that will display live on the web below each complete coding example.

• You must also download the relevant graphic/s (by right clicking on them and saving to your H/D) and then uploading to your Server.
  Modify the code to replacing where the graphics reside on your server (I use a separate graphics folder).
  DO NOT load the graphics from my server! This will bring instant removal of your Site if it is discovered!

• Please NOTE Carefully:
  Replace YOUR_RING_ID with your Ring ID number that you were assigned.
  Replace YOUR_SITE_NAME_HERE with your special FoolesRing Guest Entry Page.
  Replace YOUR_NAME_HERE with your name that you normally use for this purpose.
  Replace WEB_PATH_TO_WHERE_YOUR_IMG_FILES_ARE with the appropriate path to the graphic.
• Examples would be:
  YOUR_RING_ID ... /hub?ring=foolesring&id=1&hub ...
  YOUR_SITE_NAME_HERE ... href="http://www.thingie.org/~username/foolesring.htm">The Fooles Troupe< ...
  WEB_PATH_TO_WHERE_YOUR_IMG_FILES_ARE ... src="http://www.thingie.org/~username/img/flsring1.gif" ...

• The following codes may be sent to you with your confirmation e-mail (I have to set it up first!) after you submit your Guest Site to the Ring.
  If the coding is sent to you, it should be complete with your Guest Site ID already inserted. Currently that is not set up, and you will have to choose your code fragment from here and edit it.
  All Code us © 1998-2002 Robin Hayes. With Permission, you may Modify the Fonts, enclose the code inside other Tables, add or delete borders around the table etc, in order to suit your Guest Site design, but please check first.
  Do Not manipulate the coding in any other way without permission or you may be removed from the ring queue by the WebRing Robot without notice!
  It's easy enough for the inexperienced HTML coder to make a subtle mistake that can cause a problem, and The RingMaster will then have to track down the problem and get it fixed or take your Guest Site out of the Ring!

Please note: If you choose a text-only version of the ring coding, you must also include The "Ring of Fooles" Title; Sites that only have the coding for 'next, prev, random, join' with nothing that says "Ring of Fooles" will be removed from the queue!

SEVENTH CHOICE: New JavaScript system (originally instigated by Yahoo!) as described in the Webring Help Pages.
You can look this up for yourself, but you should ensure that if you select this method, then you make sure that the entry works correctly - this way was originally intended for just a single webring entry page with all the rings you are in displayed, unless you specially set it up to use just the one Ring per Page.
