To run CopyWrite or CopyWrite-Asia you will need to own (orpurchase) one of the following Palm organiser models:

Australia <> Rest of the World

Australian Users:

WithinAustralia only, CopyWrite and CopyWrite-Asia are sold in thefollowing ways:

Code CW-1:CopyWrite Software only (for your existing Palm organiser) for$A55 each incl. gst, or

Code CW-2:CopyWriteAsia Software only (for your existing Palm organiser)for $A55 each incl. gst, or

Code CW-3:Both CopyWrite & CopyWriteAsia Software only (for yourexisting Palm organiser) for $A99 (inc gst) the pair

Code CW-20:A Palm IIIe organiser with CopyWrite software and accessoriesinstalled for $A495 (inc gst) + delivery

Code CW-21:A Palm IIIe organiser with CopyWrite-Asia software andaccessories installed for $A495 (inc gst) + delivery

To order options CW-1, CW-2 or CW-3, pleaseemail or fax us the following details:

  1. The Ordering Code (CW-1, 2 or 3 above)
  2. Your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard or BankCard only) or official school order number (fax only)
  3. The HotSync username from your existing Palm organiser
  4. Your email address for delivery of your software

We will then email back to you an 'unlock file'that is specially keyed to your Palm organiser.

To order options CW-20, CW-21 or CW-22,please mail, email or fax us the following details:

  1. The Ordering Code (CW-20, 21 or 22 above)
  2. Your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard or BankCard only) or official school order number (fax or mail only). Add $A22 delivery per unit
  3. The physical address for delivery of your Palm organiser and software
  4. Your email address for software updates

Non-Australian Users:

Getting your HotSyncUsername

A HotSync username was entered into your Palmorganiser when it was first installed. That name should be uniqueto your Palm - that is, no other Palm devices in yourorganisation should have the same name. This makes it ideal forlocking a version of CopyWrite or CopyWrite-Asia to a particularPalm device.

If you don't already know your HotSyncusername, tap the applications (house or curved right arrow icon)button to the left of the Graffiti area at the bottom of yourPalm screen. The general applications screen (similar to thatshown at the left) should appear.

Once the applications screen hasappeared, tap the 'HotSync' icon (two arrows meeting in themiddle). If you have lots of applications installed, you may haveto scroll the screen using the scrollbar or arrow buttons (centrebottom of your Palm).

The username you need is now shown atthe top right of the HotSync screen. In the example shown at theright, the name is 'Bristol<space>Grammar'. Spacesare important - please make sure you include spaces inthe HotSync username you email to us, otherwise the returnedversion of CopyWrite or CopyWrite-Asia won't register correctly.Tap the applications (house or arrow icon) button to exit fromHotSync.
