and do stretches, you may end up in pain. Let's look at the three different levels of pain that can result from poor habits at the computer.
LEVEL TWO
You may need physiotherapy treatment or even surgery! You may have lifelong problems. However, the good news is that you can avoid all of these problems by doing some stretches and by monitoring your posture. |
