Sore back?

Sore neck and shoulders?

Headache?

Everyone who uses a computer a lot knows about getting a sore neck and shoulders. With a few simple exercises you can prevent pain and make sure you don't suffer permanent damage. We were never meant to sit with our arms held in front of us for eight hours a day. We were never meant to sit in a car holding our arms out in front; and we were never meant to sit to eat, sit to watch television and sit around for long periods each day. Our twentieth century lifestyles are not ideal for our health.

We will show you a few ways to keep your back, neck and shoulders healthy. We'll show you some stretches and postures to keep yourself healthy and we'll show you the consequences of poor computer health. And when you've read all there is on these pages, there's a quiz to test how much you've learnt.
