"Down the road with a friend of Dorothy's!" - Dorothy's Ruby Slippered Birthday Show.

Greetings Shirleyphiles and welcome to the final in la Shirl's long list of birthday shows! WooHoo! radioShirley will be taking a little break for awhile...read cup of tea and a good lie down...while I repeat some of your favourite broadcasts and then I'm putting mr. Kenneth back to work compiling a few feature shows...I have some very special audio curiousities lined up so stay tuned! Back to the present and we wrap up this birthday season with a wonderful show for one of our most favourite of people in radioShirley land the fabulous Dorothy! Cheers my dahlink!.... la Shirl and mr. Kenneth salute you!....*CLINK*

This week is a real grab bag of tunes and artistes...some which the gorgeous Dorothy requested and a few that mr. Kenneth insisted upon programming. Apologies my darling Dorothy...but radioShirley still remains a Bach free and A-Ha free zone...hehe...*mr. Kenneth is swaying in a dark corner as I type this mumbling *"baaaarrrk"*...poor dear...no taste no style... So all you "friends of Dorothy" out there...and I know there are a gaggle of you who are radioShirley regulars, squeeze your gorgeous tootsies into the those ruby slippers gathering dust in the closet, come out and help us move and groove the netwaves away in the next half hour of low-fi lovliness to wish the incomparable Dorothy a most glorious birthday!

.....till next time dear listeners...take absolute care and play fair...

*smooches* Shirl.
