"Stop the Press for Shirl's Precious Dresser!"

hiya low-fi ers...well as I mentioned last week it's birthday overdrive due to all the gorgeous Aquarians laShirl has in her listening orbit and this week's show is a very special one indeed. It's dedicated to that globetrotting glamour puss, the gorgeous Allyson...(pictured left in a wonderful Anatolian headress) who by sheer generosity of spirit "christened' yours truly by giving her her first feather-boa!!!...Now I'm sorry to say, part of my daily routine is to wrestle it from around mr. Kenneth's neck! I keep telling him that this town ain't big enough for two Shirls but does he listen? NO! He's such a wannabe it's truly sad. But I digress...I'm not here to air my tainted Freudian slips on the internet...no...As you can see from the track listing it's jam packed with delicious Divas of all shapes and sizes and embedded especially in here are a few of Allyson's favourites (and mine too).

So wherever you are at the moment Allyson...Vietnam? Cambodia? Thailand? I hope you can get yourself near a computer to groove and bubbly yourself into a lather over this Birthday show...albeit a little belated...in your honour my darlink! and Shirleyphiles, I hope you'll get into the spirit/s and tear down those Regency striped drapes decorating your tasteful abodes and fashion them into something extra glamourous...pop a cork or two and join me for another half hour of low-fi luvverliness and birthday smooches to Allyson...the woman who keeps laShirl looking "insert superlative here"! ....till next time...take care and play fair

*smooches* Shirl.
