In This Week's Playlist :-

New Years Greetings luvverly low-fiers....

To see you all through the New Year overhang...you've requested it so I'm going to replay......"Songs in the Key of Di...Ball that is" .....to your squeals of glee. Full of torch, twang and thundering hooves, this week on radio Shirley we're hearing among others, the likes of Connie Francis (pictured left), Brenda Lee, Lulu, Suzi Quatro, Bobbie Gentry, Joannie Sommers, Jeannie C. Riley, Johnny Cash, Phyllis Diller and Jim Backus, who wrap the show up with some serious alcoholic giggling. Much fun indeed!

Whatever you may be doing this New Year, my faithful manservant mr. Kenneth and myself would love to wish you a most wonderous blissful 2003 and thank you all for your emails, enthusiasm and support for radioShirley. We're so delighted that you're enjoying them as much as I am enjoying sending mr. Kenneth into a weekly playlist frenzy. Show the boy a feather boa and he's putty in your hands.....What a treasure!

Pour yourselves something sooper celebratory, put on your chaps and New Year tiara...nothing else sweeties...just chaps and a tiara...lol...and join la Shirl in getting wet, naked and wooping it up for the Goddess over the next half hour of low-fi lovliness......till next time...take care and play fair....

*smooches* Shirley
