- " It Ain't What You Dance, It's the Way You Dance it
REBECCA! "
Greetings Shirleyphiles and welcome again to another half hour
of low fi lovliness! This week it's all about dancing!. That's
right ... yours truly has decided that the most sensible and safe
way to warm up her penultimate goodness and celebrate the birthday
of one of mr. Kenneth's most nearest and dearest's birthdays is
to dance ... dance ... and dance a little bit more! So this show
is jam packed with some smooth moves to get even the most unco
of you up and moving!
In
my trolling about I've picked up a couple of curiousities (and
also a rather nasty rash... but that's another show) to
send you ALL into an aural lather. The gorgeous Rebecca, a 1961
baby like my manservant go waaaaaay back. In fact, I've seen them
on a few occasions many many years ago when they were very short
haired rock and rollers dancing like complete crazy fools to the
cream of Brisbane's pop bands maybe in a suburban hall, some dingy
nightclub or in mr.Kenneth's teenage bedroom. Ahhh ... idealistic
and nihilistic youth!
GABBA GABBA HEY!
So,
throw back the scatter rugs kids, move the cat out of harm's way
and turn up those speakers as we get busy celebrating Rebecca's
birthday. Here's a tip that even Martha Stewart probably hasn't
thought of ... a liberal sprinkling of talcum powder on the floor
always gives one's feet and body that extra oomph and discombobulated
posture to move accordingly to the frenzy!
Until next time, take absolute care and play fair...
*smoooches* la Shirl
& mr. Kenneth
