Greetings Shirleyphiles and welcome again to another half hour of low fi lovliness! It's been some time between drinks I know, but this time around the sound of the crowd is roaring for everyone's favourite SOUL sister, net denizen and well known Bowiephile of the highest order, the gorgeous SoulLoveChild - aka - laCass round these here parts! Happy Birthday Dahlink!

This show is a little different from the usual fare as lots of SLC's net buddies have gathered together and dictated the playlist with special requests and sent in dedications for their special girl of the moment ...

This is a first for radioShirley and indeed a heartfelt joint effort. Mind you, my manservant has been a little self indulgent - what's new I hear you say? - and "twisted" a few of these to suit the "mood".

So Shirleyphiles, it time to fasten those seatbelts, skis or any other strap on kind of accessory you have lying around ... shake those tailfeathers like Lou Reed's Coloured Girls would and be prepared to take tomorrow off work because you'll need to once this 1969 baby, laCass gets the party started and drags us all kicking and screaming off to Nude School!

So Cass, from all of us to all of you, have an absolutely brilliant birthday and a big fat *mwah*
