In a large oven-proof dish place:
2 carrots, peeled and sliced 5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1 large red capsicum, chopped 1 medium onion, sliced 2cups fresh green beans, cut to suit 2cups cauliflower trees 8 small flowers of broccholi 6 pieces of pumpkin
SAUCE: 5tbl spoons Butter or Margarine Flour Milk 2cups Tasty Cheese
Place butter (margarine) into hot saucepan. When melted, fold in
flour until combined with butter. Reduce heat to low, add milk
and stir continuously until consistency is like custard. Remove
from heat and add the grated tasty cheese. Stir until cheese is
melted, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over vegetables and place into preheated oven (200c) for
60 to 90 minutes.
Variation:
Add some Bacon for extra flavour.
