  • "Interest Table" - space set aside at each meeting for members to share new books or seed catalogues or magazines, flowering or unusual plants, new C&S equipment or media...

FACILITIES available to members at General Meeting nights include: 

  • quality plants at the sales tables
  • extensive C&S library
  • specially priced C&S pots and chemicals
  • C&S seed bank

Membership in CSSQ grants you:

  • opportunities for bus trips to remote members' collections
  • the quarterly journal, Dinteranthus
  • field day visits to local members' collections

otherwise stated and in the owner's possession for at least 6 months.

AGM: Selection of committee and other office bearers for 2008.

CSSQ Show Discussion: Introductory requirements for June show by Marie D'Alton and Ruth Higgins.
Main Activity: "Greenhouse, shadehouse, or bushhouse - What factors should you consider when setting one up?" Round robin discussion led by Stephen Haase and Wayne Stewart.

CHRISTMAS SOCIAL and MONSTER RAFFLE.

Bring in plants and other Christmas gifts for our huge end of year raffle. Members to bring in a plate of eats for Christmas break-up social that follows raffle.
