The Re-scheduled Annual General Meeting of CleftPALS Queensland Incorporated will be held Saturday 22nd August 2009 Unfortunately, the Auditors Report was not available and we did not get a quorum at our scheduled Annual General Meeting on 27th June 2009. Therefore, under the rules of our constitution, the Annual General Meeting of CleftPALS Queensland Incorporated has been adjourned until a date so determined by he management committee. At the adjourned meeting the constitution allows the members present within half an hour from the time appointed for the meeting, shall be a quorum. Nominations for the 2009 - 2010 Committee will be reconfirmed at the AGM and voted. Time:
