Notes:
¹ -- Sodium valproate/ valproic acid / divalproex are essentially the same drug.
In S.Af, Convulex tabs are valproic acid, whereas Convulex syrup is sodium valproate.
They are almost equipotent, though care is advised if changing from one form to another.
