STRETCH
1
Looking straight ahead, bend
your head sideways taking your ear towards your shoulder.
Try to keep your chin tucked in and your face forwards.

Bend your head forward and towards
your armpit.
This time you'll feel a stretch down one side of your neck.
Do the same to the other side.

STRETCH

Looking straight
ahead, tuck your chin in by drawing your head back on your shoulders.
DO NOT shrug your shoulders up or forwards while you
do this. You should be able to do this stretch and continue looking at
your computer monitor at the same time.

Keeping your
shoulders down, take one arm out to the side:
* Turn your hand and arm up towards the roof
* Pull your wrist and fingers back
* Keep your elbow straight
Remember to keep looking
straight ahead and DO NOT let your
shoulder shrug! |

This time start
with your arm by your side. Pull your wrist up and bend your elbow up
and out to the side until your fingers are almost touching your shoulder.
Remember: Keep your
elbow out to the side, keep looking straight ahead and
keep your shoulder down. |

Put your arms by your
side again.
Grip your thumb into your palm and make a fist.
Pull the wrist and arm back behind you, and always keep
your shoulder down!
